By placing an order or making an account with Rainbow Hour, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by one — you'll get a full refund if that happens.

3. Intellectual property

All artwork, photography, and product designs on this site belong to Rainbow Hour. Don't reproduce or resell them without written permission.

4. Certificates and verified accounts

Some accounts (wholesale, trade) require an approved certificate. See the certificates page for what we accept.

5. Limitation of liability

We're a small studio doing our best. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
