Thirty days from the day it lands on your doorstep. Reply to your shipping email and we'll send a prepaid label — no restocking fee, no runaround. Refunds hit the original card within a week of us receiving the package.
Final sale items (sticker packs, incense, candles that have been burned) can't come back. Everything else can.
Damaged in transit
Send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it for free — no need to ship the broken one back.
